In day one of the MLM recruiting series we covered whether you should promote your product or opportunity. In day two we talked about duplication and the things you should NOT be doing to get more duplication. In day three we DOVE deep on personal power and mental posture (one of my favorite topics to train on). Today we continue this series to help you become a rockstar recruiter! Most people that join a network marketing business are average, ordinary people that have never actually been in sales. A LOT of the times it is better that they have NOT been trained in sales, that way they don't have to UNLEARN certain habits. So, yes, it is no excuse to say you cannot succeed BECAUSE you do not have a sales background. This business is WAY MORE about people than the sale of products or services. Inside the below video I share a few powerful things. 1. What are reasonable sales statistics? How many people should the new person close out of 100? What is "rockstar status"? And why do so many people have false expectations around this basic function of MLM recruiting? 2.
