Our biggest event of the year is September 16-18th and we are calling it the Prospecting and Recruiting Summit. This event will share with you how to better prospect and recruit more people into your network marketing team using social media as well as all other forms of prospecting and recruiting. How to Create an Incredible Lifestyle
- Believe that you can. This is the most important step. Often people think they are their circumstances and they are their past, you aren’t. You can change every single thing about your life IF you focus on where you want to go versus where you have been or where you are right now. If you don’t like your job, house, income, business or personal relationships, ALL of those things can be improved or totally changed if YOU are willing to change. - Invest time and money in your education. Most people think they know way more than they actually do. If you want to truly understand what you KNOW…just look at your results. Your results in your bank account, relationships and career are exactly what you know. IF those results aren’t fantastic then you must invest time and possibly money into your education. We buy educational courses all the time and we hire coaches to help us get new results. We do this because learning from someone who has the kind of results we want makes our progress much faster and your time is precious. IF your life isn’t where you want it to be, how soon would you like to change it? Invest in courses or a coach to help you change it that much faster.
- Stop caring what others think. I was told I was crazy when I wanted to leave my high paying corporate America job even though I was miserable. I was even told when I left that I would come crawling back. That was 11 years ago. Our lifestyle is now better than I ever dreamed, from taking my family on fun trips to doing cool adventure days with clients to sharing the stage with people like Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Les Brown, Gary Vaynerchuk and more, my life, because I followed these steps, is forever changed.
- Stop comparing yourself to others. YES, there will be people that change their life bigger and faster than you…so what? You don’t know their journey and most of the time the truth is they have just simply been on their journey for longer so why compare? The point is to make progress on a daily basis not attempt to progress further than anyone else each day.
- Celebrate your wins. This is a MUST. I see people that generate their first lead online or recruit their first rep only to complain or moan about how long it took them to do it. The first recruit, the first lead and the first $1,000 check ARE THE HARDEST to generate! It is much easier to go from $1,000 to $10,000 a month than it is to go from 0 to $1,000. Celebrate your win! You did it! You accomplished a new result, now stay in that groove, continue that momentum and go create another result and celebrate that. Make sure along the way you stay present to what you are creating. I share my thoughts on that exact thing in this post (when I first saw Tony Robbins speak).
