If you don’t know what to say when your prospect has you pinned in the corner, there are 2 go-tos that I always recommend.
1. Feel, Felt, Found
This is old school but it WORKS.
“I understand how you feel, in fact I felt the same way, what I found is that this company is different.”
2. Ask Why?
Challenge THEM. Have them tell you why they want to join.
