How To Inspire Your Network Marketing Team To Produce

Inside our private community, Rank Makers, I go live every single day. Every day, I give an action step, and I give a training. If I was running a team, I would NOT do that. The reason is, as a leader I don’t want to do something that people don’t want to do.

One of the big points of network marketing is that you want to be irrelevant. You want to work your way to the front of the room and to the back of the room as quickly as possible.

What does that mean?

If you create a way that all team activity depends on you, then you’re not very duplicatable.

You don’t want to do anything as a network marketing leader that would make your team think, “Oh, man. I mean, that’s great for them to do, but I don’t want to do that.”

Inspire With Action

What I would suggest is you inspire them with your action.

When you bring in a new customer, you’re adding them to a customer group. When you’re bringing in a new rep, you’re adding them to a rep group. You’re welcoming them, saying, “Hey, guys, please welcome my new rep, blah, blah, blah.” Or, “Hey, guys, please welcome my customer, blah, blah, blah.” And so that people get inspired by your actions.

Highlight A Story

Then my suggestion would be, once a week, have a team call where you highlight a story.

My favorite type of story is slow success stories or stories of someone who overcame a major obstacle. My least favorite stories are FAST success stories.  Not that I would never do it. But it would be one out of 20.

One out of 20 stories would be a fast success story. Nineteen out of 20 would be the slow success stories or like a mild success story.
