I talk to a lot of people that ask me about goal setting activities. I think this is a very smart way to think and is one of my favorite goal setting tips.
Most people do not have their long term goals even in their head let alone written down. Whether you can think of them right now or not, one of the smartest goal setting activities is writing down the goals you want to accomplish daily, even better, write them down before you go to bed. In this video I give you goal setting tips and talk about an upcoming event I am doing.
