How to bring past reps back who were once successful and now have become inactive?
1. You Need To Crush It
If you want to attract people that are eager to become successful or have a strong drive, you need to freaking crush it.
You need to demolish the ball. You need to hit the ball so far out of the stadium that if they had a GPS microchip embedded inside of it, they still couldn’t find it because it’s not even on the planet anymore.
So, if you want to attract producers back to you, you need to freaking crush it.
There’s no amazing uplifting speech that I could share with you and all of a sudden people come back to you.
You need to go and freaking crush it.
And, it reminds of my favorite quote from Steve Martin – “Be so good they can’t ignore you.”

Also, the team that got you where you are is probably not going to be the same team that gets you to where you want to go.
That doesn’t mean you ignore any team, but you to go and recruit new blood.
You go and do the things you wish other people would do. You got to start breaking ranks with new individuals that no one has ever heard of. That’s how you start attracting people back.
2. Become The Executive
Become the CEO of your life and your world.
Becoming the executive of your life is your greatest chance to attract the best people to you.
You attract who you are, not what you want.

So, if you’re a complainer and looking for the negative, you’re going to attract those kind of people.
But, if you’re someone that is:
- Had every excuse in the book but you succeeded anyway
- Success didn’t come overnight but you had to overcome a lot of obstacles to get there
Then you’re going to attract those kind of people.
Become who you want to attract.
3. Reach Out To Old Reps
