Create a Powerful Life!…But What If You Don’t Feel Like It?

“I hated every minute of training, but I said, ”Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.”
~Muhammad Ali

The people that envy those that are successful admire the end result. They fail to see what it took for the person to get there. They fail to see the hundreds or possibly thousands of hours of practice, blood, sweat, tears, hardship, heartache and frustration. They fail to see anything but how easily success has come for the person they are admiring.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
~Aristotle

There is a disease out there that is taking your dreams away. It’s the voice in your head that says how it will not be a big deal if you don’t carry on with what you are supposed to do today. It is the voice that says it’s not a big deal if you skip the gym today. It’s the voice that justifies that you are too tired to do that one thing that separates you from reaching your potential.

“You are your greatest asset. Put your time, effort and money into training, grooming, and encouraging your greatest asset.
~Tom Hopkins

Those that reach any high level of success have that same exact voice in their head. That same nagging and excuse generating machine. They also “Don’t Feel Like It” but they do it anyway. THAT is what separates those who succeed to lead a powerful life, one that touches, moves and inspires themselves and others versus a life empty of passion and courage. Challenge yourself to hear that same voice that every champion has heard and DENY it power over you. Deny it’s ability to convince you that you are not worthy. Deny that little voice that tells you it is not a big deal to miss your practice, your training, your routine that will eventually lead you to your dreams. Deny that voice, and you when it whispers that you don’t feel like it…DO IT ANYWAY.

“Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure… than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.
~Theodore Roosevelt
