{Network Marketing Event} The Prospecting and Recruiting Summit
Our biggest event of the year is September 16-18th and we are calling it the Prospecting and Recruiting Summit. This event will share with you how to better prospect and recruit more people into your network marketing team using social media as well as all other forms of prospecting and recruiting. Train your MLM Team for Massive Results
In the below video I share things you want to teach your MLM team, including what should be included in your recorded fast start training.
When it comes to training for your MLM team, you want to cover
- How are prospects being exposed?
- Where can your reps get support? Point them to support, not you. You are not the mother hand, you are not the one that’s answering all their questions around support; all their log in, or their shipping, or their, whatever. Get them to a customer support.
- Training. Where can they get access? The least duplicatable way to do this, least duplicatable is that the training system is just call your up-line and have a chit chat.
You have to build up a training system if your team and company doesn’t have one. Any question that you get asked, shoot a little video or an audio, whichever you prefer, around answering that question, put it in an archive website, and when someone comes on board say, “Hey, by the way. We have a full training archive and if you have any questions go here first because we may have answered your question already so you don’t need to reach out to people just to help you out.” Train them.
Lastly, I would have a Fast Start training that shares all of these things. The fast start raining tells them how to talk to prospects, what tool or tools to use, how to follow up, where to get help from customer support, and what constitutes help from customer support, where to get access to training, and what to tell the new rep. I believe it was my friend, I think Scott Rose told me this and I liked it, ‘teach to teach and you can go to the beach.’ It’s not enough for you to just teach your new rep what to do, how to do it, where to go, you need to teach them to teach their people to do it too and so on and so forth.
