We are seeking a Support Representative
We are looking for someone who is
- Self- Motivated,
- loves to & can learn new things quickly, easily, & in a pinch,
- sees the Big Picture and will act appropriately towards furthering it,
- is SUPER organized,
- detailed oriented,
- a problem solver,
- and above all,
- does it all with a great attitude and zest!
Here are just some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
- Answering customer support emails and phone calls for our ecommerce business.
- Call and welcome/thank new customers for purchasing. Help them login to our membership site to access their products.
- Payment and Billing tasks within Infusionsoft
- At least two years of successful customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Great phone rapport and patience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of discretion
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Sales background is a plus
Need to be:
- Available mornings/afternoon and some weekends
- Have a reliable high speed internet connection
- Have an up to date computer/laptop that is no more than 2 years old with up to date security software
- Quiet area to work from in your home
