OK, so I finally caved in and did one of the weight training workouts with P90X, EVERYONE has been telling me how tough it is and how much it kicks your butt so I just HAD to try it! So, this first session (which I don’t believe is the usual first session of p90x) involved push-ups, pull-ups and it was one of their weight training workouts. Check out my video below:

OK, so, the video is me being sarcastic, their weight training workouts are TOUGH! I highly recommend checking it out and do it with a friend (just more fun that way!)
