network marketing business opportunity

Did you offer your business and get turned down?

If you want to close your prospect with your product after being rejected, this will help.

Prospect Rejected Your Network Marketing Opportunity?

What if you’ve led with opportunity, they said no, and now you want to go back to them with product?

This is NOT a difficult scenario, it’s really not. Just ask yourself how can you make it more natural without an addiction to the outcome?

People get screwy when it comes to speaking to human beings when they have an addiction to the outcome.

That’s where it gets screwy, and it actually reduces your possibility of getting the outcome you want.

The more you’re really trying to close them, the more you’re really trying to get them on board, the less likely they will and the weirder you’ll sound.

How To Close Them With Your Product

Instead of being addicted to the outcome, do this:

  1. See if they’re open
  2. Give them an out

“Hey, are you open to take a look at this thing? And if not, no big deal.”

See if they’re open and give them an out.

“Hey, I know you’re not interested in the business, but I think you might like the product. If you’re open to checking it out, let me know. If not, no big deal.”

Why is that hard?  Don’t make it hard. Don’t overthink things, and don’t be so addicted to the outcome.

If you do it in this way, I’m telling you, it eliminates a lot of weirdness.

If you asked, “Ray, how can I make it weird?” Well, you would just do what most network marketers do.

If you want to make it weird, say:

“Hey, I know you said no to the opportunity, which personally I think is crazy of you, because it really is an awesome opportunity, but hey, the least you could do is buy the product. I helped you move in college, at least you can buy the product from me, come on. I’ve helped you out, I supported your bake sale. The least you could do is buy the product.”

So, if you want to make it weird, just do that. Real simple.

If you don’t have the desire or need to make things weird, just say:

Hey I know you’re not open to the business and that’s totally cool, I respect that. But I think you might like the product. Here are a couple of the benefits that the products brings you, if you’re open to checking out great. If not, no big deal.

Not hard.

Just strip away your addiction to the outcome, see if they’re open, give them an out.

If you do that on every prospecting situation you have for the rest of your life, you’ll be happier and you won’t turn off people.
