Overcoming The Past To Succeed In Network Marketing
The WORST thing to keep playing over and over in your head is “It did not have to happen.”
The most dangerous conversation you can have with yourself is to wish for a hand that you weren’t dealt.
It might be the most dangerous conversation you can have with yourself, because it is not just debilitating, it’s destructive.
It’s destructive because it’s like why not wish for flying unicorns?
Because it’s the SAME possibility.
Think about that just for a second. So to wish that something that happened that’s REAL, this thing happened, to wish for this thing that happened to just NOT have happened, then let’s just wish for Aladdin’s lamp. Let’s just wish for a bajillion dollars.
SAME possibility.
And, there’s a great quote by a gentleman I really respect, Reverend Dr. Michael Beckwith. He says, “Forgiveness is giving up on the fact that the past could’ve been any different.”

It could NOT have been any different. So, if we know that to be true, if we know the past can’t be different, then how we process it is up to us.
Dealing With The Hand You Were Dealt
If we know we can’t wish upon a star and rub a lamp and poof, it’s gone. If we know that to be true, then we can either say it happened FOR ME or it happened TO ME.
Those those who live disabled lives (I don’t mean physically, I mean mentally) where they’re NOT inspiring others, where there’s NOT taking action, where they’re NOT living to their potential, where they’re NOT tapping into the power of past emperors and royalty and leaders inside the DNA that flows within you, all the past generations of people flow within you.
When you are living the “This happened to me, why me, I wish this didn’t happen”, when you’re living into that, then you are unable to tap into any power. You are now destroyed. You’re a disempowered person. You’re a non-empowered person.
So, the hand you are dealt is the hand you are dealt.
And, here’s the truth, you CAN deal with that hand. You can play that hand. I guarantee you.
And, there are people that were dealt much tougher hands. There are people that were dealt much tougher hands than you that decided to play, and those are the inspirational people of our world. The people that were dealt tougher hands than you that chose to show up to the table and play that hand anyway are the most inspirational people in the world.
So, it’s your chance. If you’ve been dealt a shitty hand, congrats. You have step one of being one of the most inspirational people in the world.
