After products went out in month one, and then were sold out right afterwards, AJ Yates decided it would be beneficial to have a book study among her team to use time wisely during that period of time and teach them how to improve performance.

Her company had sold out of product and AJ wanted to continue building leaders in her team so that they would be ready when it was time to prospect and sell again.

After the second month, when products were back in stock, her team ended up them hitting a million in volume and almost doubling their sales from before.

During that two month period, AJ and her team were able to build so many relationships with people and got more people in her network during the two month period, so that once products were back in stock they were able to hit the ground running.

She’s telling us all about how she did this and how her team was able to improve their performance when they weren’t even actually selling.
