Best Way To Motivate Your Network Marketing Downline

So, I’m not a huge fan of the concept of motivating a team. I know that sounds weird, right?

“You don’t gotta motivate your team.”

That sounds funny, doesn’t it? I feel much more empowered by teaching you how to INSPIRE your team.

You inspire your team by your actions. Not your words.

I mean unless you’re Mel Gibson in Braveheart and painting the face of freedom… You’re probably not gonna be the super motivator that people may require in their life.

So instead of that, how about inspire them? How about inspire them with your action?

What’s the best thing you can do for your team? Build a new one.

Build A New Team

I’m NOT saying to stop talking to your current team. I’m not saying to ignore your team or to be mean to them.

The best thing you can do to set an example, is to build a whole new one.

I want you recognizing people at new pin levels that they’ve never heard of. Go out there and start breaking recruiting records. Break your own personal recruiting records and the company recruiting records.

I want it to be hard for them to out recruit you.

Thinking you’re gonna spend 10 hours a day motivating your team and not spend any hours a day prospecting and recruiting. Well, that’s a mistake. It’s an absolute mistake.

Your team is gonna do what you do. So if you spend 10 hours a day, massaging, caressing, hugging, squeezing, and just loving on your team, they are going to do that too.

I believe in loving on your team. But if you don’t spend any time prospecting, bringing in new customers, bringing in new blood, helping people hit new ranks, then it’s a problem.

If you’re not doing the work, they won’t either.

Most of them won’t. Sometimes there’s an outlier. But it’s a very small percentage of people.

You can inspire them through your actions. You can inspire them by going out and doing the work.

Be The Type Of Downline You Wish You Had

Are you the type of downline that you would love to have?

If you’re someone that just spends all day on trying to motivate people, you’re not the type of downline you would want.

You want a downline that goes and does the work. You want a downline that shows up when they don’t feel like it and they prospect anyway. That’s who you would want in your down line.

So. are you someone that you would love to have in your downline? Or do you spend way too much time up here like most network marketers?

Go out and do the work. Show them how it’s done. Go out and be the example to set for your team and go build a new team.
