What to Do When You Hate Your MLM Upline
Would you rather punch your MLM upline in the face than make them money?
Today’s video will help you if you just don’t get along with your MLM upline or sponsor.
Let me First Help with the Definition of MLM…
According to Wikipedia, The Definition of MLM or Multi-level marketing is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit.
Did you notice they call it a “marketing strategy”? Hopefully this helps people truly understand why companies chose to become MLM’s versus traditional business, it is a marketing strategy to simply compensate the performers vs traditional marketing or advertising.
However, the definition of MLM does NOT have to do with liking or not liking your MLM upline…
My Bad Experience with a Former MLM Upline
As I share in the video below, I had a pretty bad experience with a former MLM upline of mine. They were NOT my immediate sponsor but were a few above me and they were quite high ranking in the company. I don’t mention this in the video but I am actually super grateful for that person as they taught me what NOT to be as a leader. I NEVER want my MLM downline to talk about me like they did her and also never ever, ever, want to make my MLM downline feel the way she made a lot of us feel. You HAVE to look at things that don’t work out as lessons, I sure do! OK, so let’s dive in to what to do if you don’t like your MLM upline…

First I want to say that I currently have a phenomenal upline… but I can tell you I have had some real winners in the past.. Most of the time I love the company and just found someone upline of them and worked on making it happen for me and my family…. Thanks Ray for sharing…
Love that you say the best thing to do is outwork them and go past your upline in ranks. That’s a great attitude to adopt. Thanks Ray!
Loved this!
Hi Ray,
Yes, I have had uplines I wanted to knock out, bury in the back country etc…but I discovered, if I want it badly enough, that desire drives me to find someone that resonates with me and my dreams. I forgive myself and those who have upsetted me and I discover that more than likely, it was me not them LOL…
Make it one’s intention of the perfect upline that is supportive etc and you shall find them, most of the time in places you did not think to look!
Thank you,
John Pate
Oh oh.. :O

Once again, you put out a video at the precise time I needed to hear it, this completes my healing process, cold market, here I come!!!!!!!! Thanx again
Move past them as stated by my diamond mentors. Ray you seem to be running head and head with my diamond.
Great ray
Hey Ray
Thanks for putting this video together. I have felt like this for a long time. My upline is nice, great people however I would never go into business with them in a million years. I’ve considered quitting this team for this reason alone. Thanks for the other perspective you always give me.
If you have a bad upline, the best thing you can do is build it big and prove that you could do it without their help or mentorship. Ultimate success is the sweetest revenge. Just my thoughts.
