How I have been eating to lose weight – 18 pounds in 4 weeks!

I have had lots of people asking me what I have been eating to lose weight. I really have not been killing myself, but have been focused on what I am eating to lose weight. I have lost 18 pounds in between 4-5 weeks and I still got a little bit to go and excited and energetic to accomplish it!

Day 1 + 2
Breakfast – protein shake + Acai Juice
Snack – 15 almonds
Lunch – protein shake
Snack – 15 almonds
Dinner – protein shake + Acai Juice

Day 3-5
ANY amount of protein PERIOD, unlimited but
no pork, cheese, fruits, carbs, and only green veggies, no nuts

Day 6-today
Breakfast – protein shake + Acai Juice
snack – grapefruit or orange
lunch – unlimited protein and one green veggie
snack – grapefruit or orange
dinner – unlimited protein and green veggies + Acai Juice

That is what I have been eating to lose weight and it has been working really well! Now, to note, I have cheated several times, yesterday was not very full of integrity, but that is what is great about our bodies is we wake up in the zone and can start from scratch every day and make it happen.     What are you eating for green veggies. Its easier for me to find fruits than green veggies in the store. Also what do you do for protein?

    Hey Linda, I do a lot of Asparagus when I can and broccoli, Lima beans too!
