Hi Ray,
I think you are definitely on the right track. I think this would/might work for someone mildly depressed. However, being a personal expert in depression/mental health issues I have spent years studying this subject. What I can tell you is that people typically get depressed both mentally and physically primarily due to sickness, injury and toxic stress. All of these things crush the immune system and deplete the body in one way or another of vital brain nutrients – vitamins, minerals, amino acids. These things are crucial to the mind and body working efficiently together. When neurochemicals are low and stress hormones are high, depression, exhaustion, fatigue etc will inevitably set in. I can tell you from experience, if depleted for too long and too severely, it is nearly impossible to maintain an adequate level of activity that you recommend to feel better. For me personally I could do something for a day or two, then crash again. The bottom line is when the brain is fed therapeutic forms of the right combination of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids which are the building blocks of brain function, it is MUCH MUCH easier to focus, actually feel good, have energy to GET OUT there and do things! There are are several whole foods and pure supplement forms that can bring a person back to homeostasis. The one I personally use and recommend is Q96 – specifically formulated for brain health and mental well being. Just my two cents. Thanks for all you do! Warmly, Mellisa

Thanks Ray! I can relate to this 100% and now I am taking action by going to T. Harv Eker’s seminar in Atlanta next month to change my money blueprint and mindset. Really exited about this and feel that this is an important way to get off my butt and meet new people too.

By the way, I worked this out for myself a few years back when I was thinking about the word 'depressed'. 'Deepressed', 'deeprest', 'deep rest'. OMG! There's a point where 'deep rest' just flips into 'depressed'. It was a lightbulb moment. Rest is good. Too much rest… not so good!

I always get the January funk. it has gotten better since I have been in my mlm. the product really helps, but i have been reading and listening for years to different well known guru’s and inspirationalists. But have a fear of doing. not sure why. i like no’s means I tried. but after watching this I finally made up a blueprint of my web site, that my husband has been after me to make a mock up of. Sometimes it’s just that last push that gets you in the water. sink or swim you have to move to survive. Thanks for your push.

Ray, thanks so much for sharing this information on depression. I think a lot of people struggle in this area – and don’t even know it. I purchased the audio some time ago and now I am reading your book. Great material!
I highly recommend both the audio and the book to anyone looking to make massive change in their lives!!

Hi Ray,
I am glad that you pointed out ACTION as the remedy. Thank you for sharing your personal journey of transformation. Distributors need to know that next month’s results come from this month’s ACTION. When we are doing the right steps consistently, there would be a lot of people ‘in the zone’. Success is inevitable. Thanks, Ray!!

You are so right Ray about taking action. When I take action and sponsor someone it releases endorphins in my brain which leads to feelings of euphoria for me.

Thank for this Ray. Great message, and unfortunately when you experience the ‘downs’ in this profession, it’s hard to remember THAT is the time to focus and actually DO something.
I have to say, the whiteboard MADE the message work. Pure Value there!

Thanks Ray, I always do my best to stay Happy.
I drew some faces years ago and titled them the smile makes your world go round, a so so smile frowm slows your world and a frown stops your world.
I do mybest to keep the smile through loosing a job after 19yrs, after 10 months found a job laid off after 4 months then finding another job 3 months later, my wife had a stroke and the buisness closed a year latter, then my wife had a 2nd one a year later. I now work pt with a smile at a library 2 diferant positions, but you got to keep on smilling. Life is to short not to, just keep the faith

Ray, this is so true !! I’ve sent this to one of my downlines who suffers from depression.
In my own case,
I find also that a good way to overcome my inertia and get into action is to have the goal of ticking items off my to-do list, instead of having it as a goal to do any particular one of them …that way I don’t get too hung up on any that I might not want to do, because it’s just part of a set.
Keep up the great work, Ray ~
and btw I’m quite happy with a webinar I purchased from you !
